Worry-free doesn’t come any easier than this: our Core Protection plan safeguards your family’s budget from potentially expensive repairs to any of the utility lines in your home—that’s water, sewer, gas, and electric lines from where they enter your home and throughout. The pipes and wires running through your house work hard to keep power, water, and heat at your fingertips. Over time, and with repetitive use, these lines develop wear and tear. Our Core Protection plan is designed to handle repairs to the utility lines throughout your home. In the event that you have a wear and tear issue occur, you simply call our number and we send a certified, local contractor to handle the protected repairs, and we pay for the protected repairs.
Here are some of the most common issues that we protect with Inside Line plan:
Inside Gas Lines:
- Leaking gas behind stove
- Broken shut-off valve
- Tear in wall of gas pipe
- Separated connection on flexible gas line
Inside Electric Lines:
- Wall switches
- Dimmer switches

- Ceiling box (fan or light)
Inside Water Lines:

Heating & Cooling
Your furnace, heat pump, boiler, air-conditioning unit, and water heater are all protected by this plan. With our Core Protection plan, you receive assistance with the repairs to any of these protected systems.If you’ve ever had that sinking feeling that comes with adjusting your thermostat only to hear silence, then you can appreciate the value of the heating & cooling portion of our Core Protection plan. Furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and central air-conditioning units all have moving parts and delicate electronic components. Running these complicated machines throughout the year can often cause wear-and-tear breakdown to occur. One call to us and we’ll contact our local, licensed contractor to handle most repairs necessary to keep your home comfortable. Our Core Protection plan also includes your water heater so you don’t have to worry about either of your heating and cooling systems.

Outside gas is a protection option in those areas where outside gas is not already protected by your utility.
Our Outside Water Line protection has a secondary protection, when applicable, for Sidewalk Restoration (with a limit of $500).
Our Outside Sewer Line protection has secondary protections, when applicable, for Sidewalk Restoration (with a limit of $500) and Street Cutting (with a limit of $4,000).
