Keep your home running smoothly

You are financially responsible for not just the critical lines, pipes, and wires inside your home, but–in most cases–those same lines on the outside, as well. Repairs to outside lines are commonly more expensive than interior line repairs. With our Total Line Protection, you get all the same budget-friendly protection as our Inside Line plan for ALL your utility lines.

Inside Gas Lines

In some regions across the country the homeowner is responsible for the natural gas line that runs from the road, or curb box, to the home foundation. If you are in one of these communities then you don’t want to miss out on getting our Total Line Protection. Gas lines running from the street to your home have the potential to fail due to age and corrosion. Failing or ruptured gas lines are not something to be taken lightly, and no matter the age of your home, your underground gas lines may be prone to wear and tear damage.

A leak in a gas line can be extremely dangerous. If you have a natural gas leak in your home, exit the house immediately, call 911 and then your utility from a safe location AWAY from the house. To learn more about what you should do in the event of a gas leak, remember Smell & Tell, and after you are safe, call us. We can come take care of the repairs.

Below are some of the costs that our Inside Gas Lines protection can help you avoid:
Inside Gas Lines:
  • Leaking gas behind stove
  • Broken shut-off valve
  • Tear in wall of gas pipe

Inside & Outside Electric Lines

Life without electricity is unthinkable. Don’t let a failed electric line drain your savings: get our Total Line Protection and we will lessen the financial burden of any protected repair to the inside and outside portion of your home’s electric lines—from wherever you are responsible. But don’t stop here, keep scrolling to see what else we protect.

You may have seen a curved metal pipe at the corner of your house when you were last cleaning your gutters. That pipe is called the weatherhead, and is where all the electric wires from the utility enter your house. The utility can only take responsibility for the meter itself, and the wires leading up to the curved pipe. That means the pipe, the wires in the pipe, and even the box the meter is mounted in are all your responsibility. But with our Total Line Protection, you can breathe a sigh of relief. We provide up to $3,000 in protection just for this part of your home’s lines in this plan.

Below are some of the costs that our Inside & Outside Electric Lines protection can help you avoid:
Outside Electric Lines:
  • Meter-box corrosion
  • Failed weatherhead
  • Entrance-cable coating wear-and-tear
Inside Electric Lines:
  • Wall and dimmer switches
  • Outlets
  • Circuit-breaker box
  • Ceiling box (fan or light)

Inside & Outside Water Lines

By enrolling in our Total Line Protection, your family’s budget is safe from the potentially high cost of plumbing repair wherever you are responsible for your lines. It’s the same great service as our Inside Line plan, but for your outside water line as well.

You may have seen a curved metal pipe at the corner of your house when you were last cleaning your gutters. Below are some of the costs that our Inside & Outside Water Lines protection can help you avoid:
Outside Water Lines:
  • Leak at shut-off valve in an outside meter pit
  • Leaks in main water line between the curb box and home
Inside Water Lines:
  • Leaking main shut-off valve
  • Leaking shut off valves (before the appliances or fixtures)

Inside & Outside Sewer Lines

What would a Total Line Protection be without including your home’s sewer lines? The average drain-line repair cost starts at $300. With an entire year of our Total Line Protection, you can get protection for less than one service call! And both your inside and outside drain lines are protected.

Your home’s drain lines are buried deep under your property, but between the road and your house, those drain lines are your responsibility. This means the wear and tear that typically occurs to those pipes is yours to deal with; unless you have our Total Line Protection, that is. With our protection, you only have to make one call when something goes wrong. We send our local, certified contractor to evaluate and make protected repairs. You can get back to what really matters with our reliable service.

Below are some of the costs that our Inside & Outside Sewer Lines protection can help you avoid:
Outside Sewer Lines:
  • Broken main sewer-line connection to interior pipe
  • Collapse of sewer line due to shifting/settling
Inside Sewer Lines:
  • Leaking sewer (soil) stack
  • Leaking drain lines behind walls
  • Leaking drain lines under floors

What’s Protected?

Our Total Line Protection assists in the repairs to any of your home’s four critical lines from wherever you have responsibility. Inside and outside your home, when you have a line failure, we will call the contractor, and pay them for their time.
